With you for the journey

Raph Goldenberg

Raph is our ‘in-house guru’. His years working as in-house counsel means he is able to help clients identify, and solve key legal risks quickly and efficiently. When not advising automotive and high-profile brand clients on their commercial and consumer law issues, he can be found working with clients to establish and implement sustainable legal support programs spanning their entire business operations.

Raph applies his experience in-house to deliver advice in the way that businesses need it. He’s technically skilled but doesn’t let that drive his approach. He’d rather a client receive advice that helps achieve their business goals, than an impressive academic paper.

Raph has been appointed as an independent expert/arbiter under a number of ACCC undertakings regarding consumer guarantees, and as an independent consultant to review Spam Act compliance pursuant to an undertaking to ACMA.

Raph is also a member of the Ad Standards Industry Jury and has been a panel member in determining a number of high-profile competitor advertising complaints.

Raph’s work focuses on:

  • Australian Consumer Law (including consumer guarantees and product safety)
  • advertising compliance
  • commercial contracts
  • privacy law/SPAM
  • regulatory compliance
