Cheng Ho

Having worked with companies of all sizes, Cheng recognises the importance of tailoring legal solutions to suit the specific needs of each client. He believes that clients only receive maximum value when legal knowledge is paired with commercial sense and a good understanding of the clients’ business. It is for this reason that Cheng always strives to work together with his clients to develop solutions that are right for them.

Cheng advises on a full range of commercial and property matters. In particular, his passion for consumer law has led him to undertake further studies in this area, and is one of his main motivations for joining CIE Legal’s leading consumer law team. Cheng’s previous experience with dispute resolution matters also provides him with greater insight when guiding clients away from contracting pitfalls that could result in costly litigation.

Cheng’s work focuses on commercial contracts and transactions, corporate governance, franchising, property – leasing and competition and consumer law.
