We are excited to announce that CIE Legal has won the award for ‘Best Legal Website’ at the 2023 WebAwards.
This annual competition, managed by the Web Marketing Association, is open to organisations globally in over 86 industries and is judged by a panel of experts using seven criteria – design, ease of use, copywriting, interactivity, use of technology, innovation and content.
The firm received high scores for several criteria including content, technology and innovation with the judges commenting that “the site was a great example of how you are trying to engage and share with the audience at a different level.”
CIE Legal relaunched its website in August 2022, with the help of Sarah Callinan and the team at Toro Digital The aim of the relaunch was to clearly convey the firm’s consumer product sector focus and friendly, approachable culture.
Commenting on the award, CIE Legal’s Business Development Partner Raph Goldenberg said, “This award is a wonderful validation of our team’s hard work and commitment to delivering a fresh approach to law firm websites. In creating the site, we deliberately chose not to be ‘all things to all people’ but instead, clearly articulated what makes us different to other firms. I think we’ve achieved that in spades. Clients and candidates alike who have visited the site have commented on how fresh, friendly and human it is and they can’t escape our focus on the consumer products sector. I’d like to thank everyone involved in the project as we couldn’t have done it without them.”
