Explainer: New Gender Equality Targets

On 26 March 2025, the Workplace Gender Equality Amendment (Setting Gender Equality Targets) Act 2025 was passed, requiring organisations with 500 or more employees to select and implement three targets from a comprehensive list of 19 gender equality measures.
